Conference Rentals

Zephyr Point welcomes conferences and retreats organized and sponsored by churches, families, and other organizations. For these events the booking group is responsible for the conference content and activities of the group. A variety of accommodations, conference space and meal options are available.

The Tahoe Center (43 guest rooms)

The Tahoe Center lakefront multi-purpose facility offers 43 guest rooms with private baths, dining rooms and spacious meeting rooms, all in one complex. The Center is fully ADA accessible.”

Conference Rooms

Conference Rooms are equipped with tables, chairs, piano, projection screen, TV monitor with VCR/DVD, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker and bathroom(s).

Conference bookings of 8 or more guest rooms will include a conference room appropriate for the size of the group at no charge. The 3 larger conference rooms (Dobbins Hall, Inspiration Point, Echo Peak) require a booking of 12 or more rooms. Conference rooms will be assigned by the Conference Management according to group needs. Setup and teardown is not included.

Should an additional conference room be requested, or a booking made for conference room day use only, standard rates are listed below.

Hubbard Lodge (capacity 55 people)

Hubbard Lodge is a three-story building on the upper grounds, with a view of the lake from all three levels. The upper 2 floors contain 15 bedrooms, with 2 twin beds each. These two levels accommodate 30 persons. The lower floor of the lodge has 5 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds. One of the two lower bunks is a double. Each floor has shared bathrooms with showers down the hall. Linens are not provided in this facility. Please bring your own sheets (or sleeping bags), pillow cases, and towels.

The middle floor also contains a fully equipped kitchen, space for dining and fellowship (tables and chairs provided) and a fireplace. Optionally, meals may be scheduled in one of our Center dining rooms (see Food Service for rates). Hubbard Lodge is booked in its entirety. No individual bookings.

Lakeview Lodge (capacity 30 people)

Lakeview Lodge is a two-story building located on the lower grounds with a view of the lake. The lodge contains 15 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, and shared bathrooms down the hall. Linens are not provided in this facility. Please bring your own sheets (or sleeping bags), pillow cases, and towels.

The entry level contains a fully equipped kitchen, space for dining and fellowship (tables and chairs provided) and a fireplace. Optionally, meals may be scheduled in one of our Center dining rooms (see Food Service for rates). The meeting area is also equipped with piano, projection screen, and TV monitor with VCR/DVD. Annex Dormitory

A large open room with 10 sets of bunk beds (maximum 20 people) in lower Dobbins Hall, suitable for overflow or youth housing. There are two bathrooms with showers.

Use of Cabins for Conferences or Overflow Housing

From Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend, cabins may be rented as overflow lodging or used to house smaller conferences. Please see the Cabin page for details. Contact the Conference Office with your inquiries.

Food Service

Dining rooms in both Tahoe and Tallac Centers provide delicious, well-balanced buffet-style meals. Your dining will be scheduled at one of these facilities.

Conferences of 2 nights in either Tahoe or Tallac Centers will be scheduled for a minimum of 5 consecutive meals. Three night stays will be scheduled for 7 consecutive meals. Meal packages will be scheduled according to length of stay and arranged at the time of booking. Contact Conference Office for further meal package rates, and/or snack and beverage options.

General Conference Facility Reservation Information

  1. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Guest lodging checkout is 11:00 am. Conference room checkout is 12:00 noon.
  2. A deposit of 20% is required (minimum $200). All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. Two night minimum stay is required for bookings. Holidays require three night minimums.
  4. Individual bookings may be made 2 months in advance during off-peak season from Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend. During peak season from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, individual bookings may be made 10 days or less in advance. Contact us for rates.
  5. Zephyr Point supplies blankets and pillows in all facilities. Linens are provided in deluxe facilities (Tahoe and Tallac Centers) but not in standard facilities (Lakeview Lodge, Hubbard Lodge, Annex or cabins).
  6. All Zephyr Point conference facilities and public areas are smoke-free and alcohol-free.
  7. Groups are required to provide their own insurance.
  8. Pets are NOT permitted.
  9. Parking is limited. Please carpool. Space is not available for boats or campers/RV’s/trailers.
  10. Firewood may be purchased for lodges by advance request (except during fire danger times).
