Zephyr Point offers private cabin rentals for families and individuals.

All the cabins are rustic with different amenities and accessibility; please call for details.

Summer rentals are by the week only. Weekends are two night minimums and Holidays are three night minimums. Local occupancy tax rates (10%) apply.

Subject to availability, please call the office to book.

  • Beds have blankets, bedspreads and pillows. Bring sheets, towels, kitchen linens, soaps (kitchen and bath) as well as extra blankets or pillows if needed.
  • Cabins do not have TV, radio, phones or WIFI.
  • All rollaway beds are twin size; hideabeds and futons are double size.
  • Our cabins are rustic with simple furnishings and fixtures.
  • Summer only means cabin is unheated or not available for winter rentals.
  • Moderate access is not handicap access but fewer steps, with bed and bath on main floor.

Rates are for single family rentals and do not include meeting rooms.

Zephyr Point rules must be followed by all cabin occupants and guests. Beach is for all registered guests and may be used only for swimming and sunbathing. No boats allowed. All vehicles must be parked in upper lots (unless contract specifies there is parking for one vehicle at cabin).
