The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing and communications strategies that enhance Zephyr Point’s brand awareness and audience engagement, resulting in increased Guest Group bookings, Program participation, and Cabin rentals. Additionally, this role supports internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with Zephyr Point’s mission, vision, and values, and cultivating missionally aligned relationships. By collaborating across departments, the specialist strengthens storytelling efforts and enhances marketing effectiveness to deepen audience connections and expand Zephyr Point’s impact.

Under the direct supervision of the Food Service Manager, the Baker is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other confections, while ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment. The role involves following established recipes, maintaining ingredient inventory, and delivering baked products in a timely manner. This person shall have a passion for baking, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional production.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Guest Services, the Guest Service Associate provides excellent guest service by attending to guest needs ranging from property orientation, on-site transportation, and general guest questions. The Guest Service Associate will have a genuine interest in and compassion for the mission of Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center, its growth and expansion, and be familiar with all facets of Zephyr Point organization, programs and facilities to effectively interpret and provide services to guests and staff.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Inspector coordinates and oversees housekeeping staff operations. This role ensures that all cleanliness and condition standards are consistently met. The Housekeeping Inspector collaborates with the Conference Coordinator to facilitate room turnovers and event setups. Additionally, this position manages housekeeping staff scheduling in the absence of the Director of Housekeeping.
